CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ AM NAIL LOUNGE — BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY DEPOSITS: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your remaining service balance. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit. If you are outside of the rescheduling window, you will need to book a new appointment. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice may result in an additional fee and/or restriction from booking future appointments. TARDINESS: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in cancellation and require a new appointment. ILLNESS: If you are feeling sick or experiencing contagious symptoms, please cancel and reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy. GUESTS & CHILDREN: No additional guests or children are permitted. No exceptions. SERVICE SELECTION: Please book the correct service based on your needs. AM Nail Lounge will only provide the service booked. Incorrectly booked services may need to be modified or rescheduled. EXISTING NAIL WORK: We do not work over another technician’s existing work. Please book the appropriate removal service when necessary. Additional removal or file-off fees may apply. SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS: A $30 squeeze-in fee may apply to appointments accommodated outside of regular booking availability. There will be a 2.6% convenience fee applied to all credit and debit card payments at check out. To avoid this fee, cash payments are always welcome.
